Quarter 1= Day 1 recorder begins approximately three weeks into each quarter(Exact date TBA.) Students will receive a school owned recorder to use for the remainder of the first quarter. Students who own their own recorders need to bring them to school at this time.  
Quarter 2= Day 2 music/recorder 
Quarter 3= Day 3 music/recorder  
Quarter 4= Day 4 music/recorder 
A recorder music packet, "Recorder Karate"  will be given to each student to learn new notes, rhythms, and songs when they receive their recorders. Students are to bring recorders and packets home to practice on days in between their music/recorder day.
